新店オープン1か月後に入店。デザート担当後、肉料理を担当。

肉料理を担当し、魚料理の補助を勤める。
アルページュは現在、The Best Restaurant in the worldにおいてBest8に選出され、
今も懇意にしていただいているオーナーシェフのアランパッサー氏は
chef’s choice award2019に選ばれています。

魚料理担当。
9区のギャラリーラファイエットでシェフと共に、実演講習・試食イベントに参加。
オーナーはテレビにも出演され、撮影用のオードヴルプレート作成を担当した。
また、シェフを含め3名で魚料理2品を実演で調理し、
会場のお客様と懇談しながら試食していただくという経験を得た。

I joined this restaurant one month after it opened. After serving desserts, he was in charge of meat dishes.

Participated in a demonstration and tasting event with the chef at Galeries Lafayette in the 9th arrondissement.
The owner of the restaurant has appeared on TV and was in charge of making hors d’oeuvre plates for the filming.
Also, three of us, including the chef, cooked two fish dishes in a demonstration and had the experience of tasting them while talking with the audience at.
