北海道札幌の調理師学校卒業し、料理の勉強のため東京へ。ホテルオークラ東京や東京の有名レストランで10年修行し地元北海道でレストランを開業。コロナの影響で客数が減ったことと同時に店を閉め、お客様を待つスタイルから出向く方へシフトチェンジし出張シェフサービスをスタート。ジャンル問わず北海道の美味しい食材を使い、中国料理、多国籍料理、和食、イタリアン、フレンチなど和洋中の調理法を用いてシェフ独自の料理をお客様にお届けします。シェフの皆様がやりがいを持って仕事に取り組めるように努めていきたい思います。
I graduated from a cooking school in Sapporo, Hokkaido and went to Tokyo to study cooking. He trained at Hotel Okura Tokyo and famous restaurants in Tokyo for 10 years and opened a restaurant in his hometown of Hokkaido. At the same time as the number of customers decreased due to the influence of corona, we closed the store, shifted from the style of waiting for customers to the one who went out, and started the business trip chef service. Using delicious ingredients from Hokkaido regardless of genre, we will deliver chef’s unique dishes to customers using Japanese, Western and Chinese cooking methods such as Chinese cuisine, multinational cuisine, Japanese food, Italian food, French, etc. I would like to make sure that all the chefs can work with satisfaction.
